Happy Wednesday Luvs!
I didn’t get a chance to share yesterday, but I wanted to suggest you check out Scott’s amazing post as part of the Canadian Blogger Series, put on by Heidi! You can read the post here. It’s about Yellowknife, a place I’ve never been to but hope to go one day!
Thanks to Jenn for hosting What I Ate Wednesday! She’s announced that this month is Love Your Veggies Month, such a good theme!

Breakfast:
Silver Hill’s bread+Adam’s chunky peanut butter+banana
Funny story about the peanut butter: I went to a store a few weeks ago and they were sold out of almond butter. You should know that I really love my almond butter, so there was no way I could settle for peanut butter. Instead, I went to another store. Then, because I was already running late, I just quickly grabbed a jar without carefully reading the label. Turns out I ended up with peanut butter after all. It’s ok… but it doesn’t replace my almond butter
Lunch:
Liberte greek yogurt, blueberries, Love Grown granola
I was so hungry after my work out that I needed something quick and easy! Queue delicious yogurt
(And I forgot to take the picture until I was almost done)
Dinner:
lettuce+cucumber+red onion+peppers+roast chicken breast+homemade hummus+mustard
As part of loving my veggies for the month, I want to share with you my veggie staples. Everything that this salad is made up of, as well as broccoli, spinach, and carrots. I like variety so I purchase other vegetables too, but those I usually switch up each week!
Snack:
apple+vitamuffin+fruit smoothie
It was a delicious day
Ok I have to do some more errands (they’re never done, are they?) and then I’m going to fit in some cardio today. After that, I’m going to get back to Harry Potter. I’m half-way done the third book! I think this one is going to be my favorite.
tata darlings,

Thanks for mentioning the Canadian Blogger series! Yummy looking eats!
Thanks girl
hummus mustard!? hello amazingness!!!! Do you just mix regular hummus with yellow mustard? I’m intrigued =)
Yeah I just mix regular mustard and hummus together!!! SO good… the tart mustard and the garlicy hummus make a perfect pair
i love a good yogurt bowl for lunch! hits the spot and keeps me satisfied all afternoon!
I know! I especially love it with fresh fruit, but sometimes it’s nice to have thawed frozen fruit (so that it’s warm from the microwave)!
that salad looks sooooooooo good
mmmmmmm
yum, it was! I wanted to make another but I ran out of chicken
