Hey all!
Do any of you have that meal, the one you enjoyed so much as a kid, but haven’t really had it since? Well for me, that meal is fruit salad. When I was a kid, my grandmother use to make it for all of us with a side of butterscotch ripple ice cream. I remember I was always annoyed because my cousin use to get out of eating bananas, but all the rest of us had to!
But the times have changed and I hadn’t had fruit salad for years… until last night! I threw in a bunch of the fruit that I had sitting around in my fridge and VOILA! Perfection. Of course, I opted out of the side of ice cream! It was so easy to make and the fruit tasted so good together. I’m definitely going to reincorporate this back into my routine!

I also did a pretty good workout yesterday! It was at home, so I had to improvise a bit. However, I was a little disappointed by the abs portion! I need to find some great abs exercises since my abs are my weakest area!
First of all, I did this Bodyrock:
I then I followed it up with some weights for the upper body:
- benchpress: 3×15
- side lateral raise: 3×10
- tricep dumbbell kick backs: 3×12
- alternate hammer curl: 3×15
I was actually pretty happy because I managed to increase my weights as well
Anyways, Bartek and I are off to use up a daily deal coupon that expires today! It’s at a seafood place
